I have spent most of my career as a full-stack developer, primarily working within the .NET ecosystem. While my current role is less hands-on, I have recently re-engaged in development through AI-assisted workflows, using tools like ChatGPT and Copilot to build applications, automate tasks, and prototype solutions. I am now focused on applying these skills to scalable, enterprise-level use cases.
This shift has led me to actively explore agent-based AI, prompting techniques, and practical use cases for applying AI to business problems. I am particularly interested in how AI can be used to streamline processes, improve access to information, and accelerate development across multiple platforms.

Earlier in my career, my development experience was self-taught and evolved through hands-on problem solving across multiple technologies. I taught myself a scripting language called ColdFusion for my first corporate job, then expanded into HTML and, over time, focused primarily on the .NET framework using both VB.NET and C#. My approach to development has generally followed a simple principle: keep solutions as straightforward as possible to improve maintainability and reduce risk. Over time, I developed a strong foundation in database-first design, building systems by understanding how objects behave, interact, and evolve across business processes.
One of my more recent opportunities to return to hands-on development involved building a customer hierarchy tool to address limitations in an existing system. Using AI-assisted pair programming, I worked through prompts to generate UI components, SQL logic, and debugging solutions. Within a short timeframe, I delivered a working proof of concept for business review. That experience significantly accelerated my interest in AI and its practical applications in development and business workflows.
